Inphonics ripoff Whie Bear Lake Minnesota
This is my second time dealing with Inphonics, the first time was in May of 2004 and I went thru alot of frustration to receive my rebates on my customer appreciation as well as customer loyality. I also did not receive $200.00 of the $400.00 promised. But I did not like T-Mobile, so we went to Verizon and purchased 4 phones again thru Wirefly.
My instincts told me no, but I thought they wouldn't screw me twice. Boy was I sadly mistaken. I purchased these phones on May 17th and waited until Nov 15th to submit my rebates (you could only submit in the time frame of 180 - 210 days after activation). On Dec 12th I received my first notice that one of the rebates was not signed (yes, my mistake) and the final of the four came on January 9, 2006 - not leaving me any time to correct the signing error. I redid all the submissions on December 14th and sent them that day - As of January 16th, they told me they had not received them. I laughed - I mailed other rebates from other companies that day and I have already received their monies. I faxed them everything (yes, all 20 pages) on January 17th and I am waiting - I will let you know if I receive my money, but now they will tell me that I am past the 210 days, which I would not have been had they given me ample time to resubmit and notify me.
