If you entered a persons name into a "people search" type program, then the advertisement on the following page is programed to put that information into the ad. If you typed in a name and city that could not possibly be real, the ad will still offer to sell you the report. It is just an ad to get you to click. It's a trick. I'm sorry this freaked you out so much. I had never thought about that outcome. I always just thought they were kinda clever.
