Here's what happened : I was walking in the mall in order to buy a valentine gift for my wife and I was passing by their counter when a sales person asked me to try a new organic sea lotion (The body scrub souffle) and the sales guy was claiming to be a Dermatology Expert , Sure enough, They offered me the Magnetic Mask ( scam ) and the Anti Eye puffiness cream(scam) ..then 2 more sales girls approach me and they were very pushy offering the rest of the products and saying they were professional dermatologist and they study cosmetology in Israel .
I was VERY annoyed at that point , I told them to let me read the ingredients and decide if I want to buy only the body scrub ,not the Anti eye cream and the other products , I literally had to be raising my voice to tell them to back off ,be patience , I hate to be rude, but these people would NOT stop.
Name of sales people (hila , melese and david ) they sold me the eye cream and the magnetic cream products and they told me that I have 3O days to exchange or Refund if I wasn't satisfied with their products and skin reaction was covered by the refund policy.
My wife tried the products ,she use the Eye cream and immediately the circle around the eyes swell ,plus the lower lid get red ,She follow the instructions as described , She has been using face cream's all the time and she know how to apply them, also she got an allergy reaction ...She also used the Magnetic mask and didn't work look like the cream was very old.
Well, she went back to exchange the products in good faith or get the money back under the warranty they offered - one of the sales girls said ,let me call the manager over the phone to get the approval ( she was talking in hebrew ) and then she said Im sorry ,we cannot do anything about it , My wife tried to be nice with them and claim an exchange at least for other products and they said not , Im sorry ...very sorry.
What dishonest sales People they are ,they will not honor their word .
Im reporting this case to the Florida Attorney General , The consumer Protection Agency and the TV -attorney Help me Howard , I hope they get the cameras and film the kiosk that they have inside the dolphin mall ,these people must be stopped .
They can harm pregnant Womens or other skin sensitive customers.
BEWARE of their sales tactics and the claim that they are dermatologist expert ,Im calling also the Florida Board of Cosmetology license department to fill a claim...
The sales tactic is call YO-YO business (rip off whatever you can to make money -very popular also in the sales of consumer electronics retails stores in New york ,Los Angeles , Miami and Orlando Florida.
This is what they do :
1- Agressive customer approach and use of deception of the products, You going to see that all products don't have prices because their sales people make money by commission and they will push the overprices products and misrepresent all products .
You want to convince yourself :
If you tell them you've seen the product advertised cheaper, you'll get it cheaper -Right there you see the gap of the profit margin - Example ;they will tell you that the cream cost $98.00 dollars but if you tell them that you saw it for $60.00 they will match it -if you said you saw it for $40.00 dollar also they will match it and they will push other products as deception to recover their commission in the other products.
No offense but these products seem like them products you can get it at any drugstores more inexpensive , Be careful shoppers! After I read other reviews on the internet I felt totally dumbfounded and tricked into buying products that could probably all be a scam. What a dumb I was.
Also Ask if their product are pregnant safe ? they will try to change the conversation .
The Corporate office in california will never answer the phone or reply the e-mails
and the website smell fishy -
Its a shame that the Dolphin mall administration permit these crooks to operate in this manners.
