 This company has had my insurance funds over 6 months. All paperwork and inspections have been completed. They then passed the money to my mortgage to pay monthly bill and add remaining finds to my principle balance which i specifically asked thwm bot to do. It has since been three weeks and I am contanstly told they are reversing thaf principle and expediting and it will take two days and then they will fedex. Everytine i have dollowed up in these three weeks it has been the same story- it is processing. Now finally told the funds have been moved back to insurance account and i must wait 7 days to receive-- that is not expediting. Where is the interest they have earned on the money for the past 6 months. My actual homeowners insirance paid put within 2 weeks of initial claim. This is not right.
