I had to have my house rewired after some idiot's, outrageous police chase went wrong and landed outside my home. Once my insurance company finally paid for the fiasco. I was stuck dealing with the shysters in "the claims dept," of my mortgage company. Aka insurance claim check. From Oct 2017 until July of 2017 I have been waiting on them to release the funds for repairs that were completed in November 2016. I have sent in documents several times, my contractor and insurance company have filled out the same forms so many times that they are now avoiding me. (Except for asking for payments). I am at the point of explosion and all they continue to do is run in circles or hang up when you ask questions. DO NOT DEAL WITH INSURANCE CLAIM CHECK. If your mortgage company outsources to them. Leave now!
