Insured pInters Kim insured painters is a fraud. I called setup an appointment for 3 painters to come out. I was told that there, truck broke down, could the y come tomorrow. I said sure I understand. I tried calling them several times yesterday, but would on respond by text. Today here I sit waiting, trying to text them and no answer. This company is a fraud. They had me buy paint, paint brushes, and everything that goes with the to paint. She said that they will be here today at 9am. I'm about to leave after reading the other report. Scam scam scam. This company "insured painters" is a scam for sure. I called to get and estimate, they told me for 3 painters I it would be $575, half when they got halfway finished, and the other half after they were finished, to use the PayPal account. Standard 9" Roller Covers/Naps (1/2" thick) Supply 1 roller cover per painter + 1 for every color to be used. (painters prefer Purdy brand) Painters' Tape (if you prefer painters to use tape) Powder Joint Compound #20 (for wall repairs) Painters' Caulk (if needed for wood cracks/spaces) DIF Wallpaper Stripper (If you need to remove wallpaper) Plastic Sheeting (if you have furniture to cover) If you have any questions, please feel free to email or call anytime. If you have an issue please ask the crew supervisor to resolve your issue before you make your final payment. This policy is in place to guarantee your satisfaction. If any issue arises in which you need to speak with a supervisor please text rather than call. Due to a high call volume, text messages enable a faster response. If you require additional painting please call to schedule your service at a discounted rate. I bought all the things requested $300.00. For them not to show up.
