Complaint Review: Integrity Financial Resources - Salt Lake City Utah

My wife and I  are very unsatisfied and unhappy with the program with Integrity Financial.  We requested numerous times to withdraw our membership of two years and receive a refund, however, nobody would even acknowledge our request, they just kept talking and not listening.

 

We understood when we signed up for this program that the company would help us become debt free with our current income.  I don't even care how long this would have taken, but the thing that ticked me off the most was that they stated debt free with your current income.  That was not the case.  Our coaches constantly requested that we needed to do what they said in order to become debt free.  What they said was that we need to work with ebay or start our own company.

 

We are not and don't care to be entrepaneurs.  We don't want our own business.  We have jobs that we are satisfied with.  So starting our own business for the fact of saving money by applying tax right offs was not an option we wanted to pursue.

 

The other thing they requested us to do was to work with a coach and buy and sell on ebay.  (People have become rich doing this, was their statement)  Again, we have full-time jobs and cannot spend that kind of time on the computer, nor do we care to do this.  We attempted to try to show that we where trying there suggestions, however, my husband hated that fact that ebay costs money.  Granted you can probably make more, but even I attempted to try this and found the time involved was too great and caused me stress and frustration.  Again, this is not something for my husband and I.

 

The suggestions are great if you want to start your own business or spend countless hours on the computer, however, time is not a thing we have available as I stated earlier that we both have full-time jobs and kids that require alot of our time for sports and their every day lives.  

 

At this point our coaches were not happy with us as they thought we were not trying to help ourselves, however, I will go back to my original statement and repeat that when we signed up with Integrity our understanding was that they would work with our current budget and help us to eliminate debt with our current income.  NOT required to start a business or work on ebay.  And that is all that they were pushing us to do.  

 

We got nothing out of this program except for time lost, frustration, anger, and stress.  Oh, don't forget the $11,000.00 we lost as your company would not even talk about refunding any funds.

So now we are more stress, more in debt, and very, very, angry for this company not only, not helping us, but refusing to listen to us.  

 

We have had a hard time facing the fact that my wife and I agreed to this program and got nowhere and lost so much money.  We where in debt before and worse now.

 

Please read this and listen to what I've said.  We are not being unreasonable, because we did attempt to try the program.  With misunderstandings of course, but we're willing to accept part of the loss.  But feel that if you believe in your program and admit that we were not the right candidates and agree to refund at least part of our investment, we would have been grateful, because this experience has made us sick.

 

Dan Hollister has replied via e-mal and claims we did not fulfill our end of the agreement. That is FALSE. They have sent us a DVD called "The Secret" which only tells you that to be financially stable is "to believe". i have sold items on ebay also, but after my seller fees, and listing fees, and then monthly fees, I have not made any money. One advisor even suggested I should try motivational tapes. What a joke ! Again, the company would not refund any portion to us and refuse to make things right.  Dan even asked "Why would you want to hurt our employees by posting on Ripoffreport".

Well my response is "Why would you not want to make peace with an unhappy customer so other people can see how reputable a company you can be " We were also told if we were not less in debt within one year of starting this program we would get a full refund. Guess what, that did not happen. People be warned, they will mislead you and take alot of your money !
