I JUST HAD A GREAT CONVERSATION WITH A WOMAN FROM INTELIUS. They called me back after anther recent email from me to them. Seems that there was an error and the email address I was using [email protected] was phony. Which I realized shortly after the poop in a shoe email. The email address [email protected] address then emailed me a picture of poop and went on to tell me how the employees there are chained to their desks in the morning and only allowed bread and water. The man in crazy and someone the emails had been mixed up. Not only that but the individual that I had dealt with before from Intelius via phone was "let go". He was rude and was also the reason that I didn't get responses from me email to Intelius. She also explained to me how the mix up occurred with the PMIdentity and which button I clicked. They are working on or have already fixed the problem. The woman was very nice and made sense of the whole thing. I WILL continue to use Intelius since I've got 2 great stories from information that I have already received from them from times I've used them in the past!
