Intellinet Network Solutions Manhattan Products Intellinet does not honor their lifetime warranty on their products Tampa / St. Pete, Florida
I purchased a Network Attached Storage device from them (NAS 2000) mainly because they offered a lifetime warranty on it. The NAS is no longer working and I asked Intellinet to fix or replace it. The dealer from who I purchased the product is not out of business. Intellinet has inform me that I have to go back to the place of purchase to get it replaced. When I told them that their dealer was no longer in business, their response was "We do not process RMAs directly and were not able to find anone in
your area to process your RMA."
I've asked them "Are you telling me that Intellinet will not honor it's life time warranty?" However, they have not answered that question.
So bottom line, if your Intellinet dealer goes out of business, so does your lifetime warranty. Below is a copy of the e-mail I've sent to Intellinet:
