These criminals blow ur head up w how big of a star u r gonna b and then crash down with these ginormous prices. And guess what??? If u dont cancel ur appointments within 3 days of makin it u won't get ur money back.

Obviously u have a hard time reading.  No one said anything about the cost of services. The point is if u don't get any services i.e Comp cards photo shoot etc etc. U should b able to receive a full refund of ur money. I'm glad ur experience was great but others didn't have such a great one. So parent to parent just remember u read everything before rendering judgement. Good luck to u and urs

I never really write reviews, but I actually had a great experience at InterFace.

My daughter had an AMAZING time at the photoshoot and loved getting her make up done and styled.

The photographers really made her smile and we LOVED the photos (especially the outside shots). She bragged to her friends at school saying now she will be famous!

Listen, most reviews I read say its a scam because you pay for a photo shoot. Everyone in the industry pays for their own comp card or headshots to get started. There is no way around that.

Why is it a scam? Because you pay money for a service? That is ridiculous.

In three months, my 9 year old has already got 2 call backs for auditions, not just requests.

So just parent to parent, its always going to cost money to get started no matter where you go.

If there were no services rendered a client should b able to get a refund. Your company is a rip off to people who work hard for a living and u pray on the weak.people who try so hard to get their foot in the door u guys sure know how to crush an ego. To h*** with ur contract and ur company.  Point blank period.

If every client actually read their contract, there would never be any confusion. Your contract tells you everything you need to know.

The contract clearly states that if your cancellation is not recieved via certified mail within 3 days of your execution of the agreement. Your deposit will be retained and you will not receieve a refund.  

You maybe wondering why?

InterFACE Talent is a business. Businesses have operating costs. We work in the fast-moving, high-stakes, high-priced world of fashion and entertainment. We have employees to pay, studios to book, talent to market and more. There are costs associated with all of these things.

As a client, when you sign up and pay for your photo shoot your money goes towards booking the studio and paying all the creative talent who make you look your absolute best.

We treat our clients as professionals.  Adults are the only people who can sign our contract. And what do adults do? Responsible adults read contracts before signing them.
