I recieved a payday loan via the internet on November 29, 2005 for the amount of $200.00 I was told that I would repay the loan on my next payday in the amount of $259.00 that I agreed to. I recieved the loan via a cash deposit into my checking account, and was told that on the next payday they would take out for the full amount of the loan due.

I have been arguing with this company since then concerning the fact that they keep taking the loan out in the amount of $59.00 a week and since they have all of my account information I have no way to stop this payment from being taken out of my account except by stop payment which cost me $29.95 each time that I use this aspect of my account. This has resulted in Interim Cash taking a total of $1262.00 out of my account to repay this money. They have taken $59.00 a week since December 9, 2005 until the last two weeks when they took out $177.00 and $259.00.

How do I stop this from happening because this is now a 631% repayment for something that was $200.00. I have repeatedly contacted the company to have this money stop coming out of my account as well as contacted the bank concerning this issue. I feel as if I will be ripped off as long as I have my account by this company and I believe what they are doing is both illegal and unethical.

I will never get another payday loan as long as I live and this scares me to think that it is ok for a company to do this to people, please help.

HI , I has been working for this company about 10 months is located in Dominican Republic , this company will have 1 year in Dominican Republic on July 22th . under the name CREACION which means in english CREATIONS or PURPLE TANGERINE HOLDINGS. also this company has too many campaigns which are Imterim cash , Cash2day, Route 66 funding, GFS as Global Financial Services and the last one which is BIG . yes is what you think this ones are the same thats a technique that the company use to trick the customers , some customers have 2 differents loan with 2 differents campaigns and is the same thing with a different name they are just taking double from you . I have never seen the owner they are from London and most of them are indians they have one part of Customer service in london and the other part here in Dominican Republic the only person that we know close to the owner is Darren Webb and Dan c**k wich I think is the owner but I nevers seen it . well the thing consist in you need a loan you apply by internet or you just call , as soon as they get your application they call you and tells you that you have been approved for a loan that they just need to confirm what you filled it out in your application , once you confirm they explained to you our terms and conditions ,6 legal statement and after each one you say your full name and todays date . and everything is recorded they tells you that you will get the money soon, sometimes they said you will get it the same day. the weird thing is that the terms and conditions and the legal statement say that those terms and conditions are under the law of united kingdom , why is that ? thats my questions cause the only people that can apply are people from USA and the company is located in Dominican Republic and in London. well I even have cases where I know that someone stole the identity (SSN , account and routing number of your bank )and apply for the loan with the company ,most of the time they know that the person that call complaining about it saying that their info was stole and they dont want to be debited . they know but they continue to debit your account. and when you think that your bank is helping you is not the bank allow to the company to debit your account without your authorization and we caused to your account and overdraft fee . well i hope this information can help you to find out what is going on with this company I hope to help you with any information

You need to send a letter stating your dispute and an order to cease and desist. You can either e-mail with a return receipt or registered US mail. The e-mail address is [email protected] be sure to request delivery confirmation. The only real way to stop ACH withdraws is to close the account. Banks love these and won't help you because it's a money maker for them. If Iterim does not cease then you now have the law on your side.

They may be automatically rolling it over.

Look through the loan agreements. Most payday loan companies will automatically renew the loan unless you contact them three business days prior to when the debit is to be drawn from your account. They will debit only the fee but you will still owe the original 259 dollars due the following week. There is usually a form to sign and fax to them or some online procedure to follow to indicate that you want to pay it off in total or if you want to pay the fee and some amount towards the origanal loan amount. Usually a phone call won't do it. Most will renew automatically taking the fee only for up to three weeks. After that they will automatically take fee plus 50 dollars to be applied towards the loan amount. Unless you contact them three business days prior to the debit they will continue to do this, reducing your loan amouunt by 50 dollars plus the loan fee until it is payed off. As you can see, with the auto renewals and fees on a 200 dollar loan can end up costing substantially more. Good luck.
