This company sends out an activation reply form that tells you that in order to win the guaranteed $10,000 dollar certified check you need to return the form with a processing fee. They state at what time and date you were declared a winner and that their files have been checked and rechecked. For me it was July 15, 2003 at 11:37 A.M., a historical event for every beer brewery indeed. I had to, however, respond in 5 days by sending the activation reply form with the $9.95 processing fee enclosed, payable only by cash, check, or money order. Though they do not accept credit cards, anyone can tell you that it is because they clearly cannot. More people would be prompted to report it like this than ignore it.

To win you must complete "3-part Skill Contest Levels with highest scoring solutions". They tell you that additional, optional offers will not exceed $80 and they will not contact you by phone. Yet, the most winners that will be chosen out of all who answer these "skill questions" are projected to be 1,500 winners out of 500,000 entries. However, the tier one question is, "If you won $600,000.00 and wanted to split it evenly between yourself and 2 other family members, how much would each of you get? $200,000 or $300,000?" So, it's even multiple choice. No, I don't think they randomly pick and choose how many winners there are, and who they are. Do you? The small print on the back of the letter says that if there are less than 100 winners fewer prizes will be paid. Sounds like we're lucky if even that is what.

I recently fell for another rip-off letter that I knew in my heart was too good to be true but did it anyway. I got this letter from international enrichment center of las vegas nevada . I was also chosen to win $10,000.00 which would be very nice if I actually had a chance to win this money. But Im not going to be a victim again thanks to Rip-Off reports. What do people get out of this crap. Taking honest peoples money? How do they sleep at night. I Should send the activation reply back but with a letter from my lawyer!!!

"International Enrichment Center" means "We exist for the sole purpose of SCAMMING people for OUR OWN ENRICHMENT. (The name has nothing at all to do with enriching you.) "...in order to win the guaranteed $10,000 dollar certified check you need to return the form with a processing fee. They state at what time and date you were declared a winner and that their files have been checked and rechecked. For me it was July 15, 2003 at 11:37 A.M." Translation: We got your name from a massive database and thought we'd try to sucker you and all the rest into sending us $9.95 as a gift. (Because you sure as hell won't be getting any money out of us!) "No, I don't think they randomly pick and choose how many winners there are, and who they are. Do you? The small print on the back of the letter says that if there are less than 100 winners fewer prizes will be paid." Like we said, "What winners?" We might go ahead and pull family members names out of the hat. Probably won't even bother doing that. Did you really expect us to give any of that good money to a stranger? Please!
