Complaint Review: International Private Investigators Union INC - Lakeside Montana

IPIU is domestically registered in Denver, Co, at a UPS store on Larimer Street.  The Foreign registry in the State of Montana lists IPIU as Lakeside, MT.  However, the Montana Secretary of State has no listing under any circumstances for "Law Offices of Attorney Services", therefore identifying this entity as not legal in Montana.  The Registered Agent in Montana is a Certified Public Accountant that has failed to continuously maintain his licensure with the Montana CPA board, therefore violating state and Federal Statutes.  The name "Ann Marie Ryan" is not listed in the State Bar of Montana, therefore IPIU and Law Offices are providing unauthorized practice of Law.  

IPIU was previously domestically incorporated in Nevada until 2010, when the Nevada charter was revoked, and IPIU had to register with Colorado, and reinstate with Montana in a hurry.

The original PO Box address for IPIU was in Bigfork, MT, with keys issues to a Jer- Lancaster and a Jean Lancaster, and some other persons, as listed in the PO Box form originally filed with the Bigfork Post office.

The physical address for IPIU in Bigfork was a private residence, that is no longer in possession of the boxholders.  The current physical address of IPIU is a strip mall area in Lakeside along US highway 93 (I accidently listed it as 73).

The person who usually does most of the speaking is a "Jerry Land", now positively identified as Jeremy Nmi Lancaster, who has a connection with a Jean Naomia Lancaster, born in 1955.  Marriage is the most likely relationship, although vital stats confirmation would need to be done by an attorney.  Other databases have stated that the other persons who purported engage on this website do not exist.  A Timothy Merklinger, an employee of IPIU, has been positively identified as retired as of September 2002 from the US Marine Corps.  

This company is hazardous to one's finances and one's reputation, to say nothing of their lack of commitment to their clients.  They commit to their own interests above their clients, and care nothing of the damage they cause to client's health, safety, welfare, security, dignity, to say the least.

They also commit perjury, theft, and other crimes, and so far have evaded capture.  I made an unsuccessful attempt to litigate against these jerks, only to have my case disrupted by an individual with a known cause for damaging me further.  So, I was compelled to dismiss with prejudice, but I still have physical evidence which could assist in the apprehension and prosecution of these offenders.  The FBI at this time has shown a lack of interest in this evidence.  However, I would be more than willing to surrender evidence and case documentation to an attorney at law, who can and will be positively verified of this status, and justice may be pursued, if not for me, than for others.

The Federal Arbitration Act, which is actually known as the United States Arbitration Act of 1925, is the prime reason it's difficult to tear this entity to shreds.  The courts have supported arbitration in the past, unless an attorney can make a successful argument found in Title 9 of the United States Code, that could provide a key to disregard the arbitration provision if the criminal as well as the civil conduct offenses can be proven and sustained.  This law is their go-to for their illegality, as it is for a number of corrupt and dishonorable entities.  However, it will only take one person to break them.  I would be honored to aid that individual in the process.
