I have been investigating this company for 9 months. I have absolute proof and am taking it to a lawyer. If you want to be involved, please contact me by using the rebuttal below. I will return all emails. I have proof (from a former partner of Jeremy Lancaster) who is the owner of IPIU, that he is a fraud. More info to follow: Jeremy Lancaster :

Jeremy uses the names Robert Donovan, Sara Livingston, Lance Jefferson, David Copeland, Julie Steward and Veronica Pena. These people supposedly are real, but in fact are pseudonyms for Jeremy who writes messages to give credibility to IPIU. Jeremy ran the same type of scam in Idaho but was appealing to prospective limo drivers instead of P.I.'s but got caught and had to terminate that scam. It is also mentioned that Jeremy would intimidate members and abuse them as a way of controlling them as a means of preventing negative statements being made about him and IPIU.

It is great that another law firm is becoming involved in this issue. However, I believe that Rip-offReport.com is wise in removing contact information because Jeremy Lancaster has been known to create fictional companies to collect information from people in order to use it to pressure people from reporting negative information. For instance, IPIU and Jeremy Lancaster has my fingerprints, my social security number and all my personal information that was required to become a member of IPIU. The fear of identity theft is indeed a strong deterrant. However, a diligent group of frauded customers have created this private forum and together we have been able to gain the social security number and personal information on the owner of IPIU, Jeremy Lancaster. We also have detailed information on several of his fictional companies. The BBB is a poor company to base consumer information. Although IPIU does have two negative reports in different local BBBs, they rarely find in favor of the consumer. I personally have reported scams on three separate companies only to have the BBB not post any negative information. After all, why would a company post anything negative on a company when they are contributing members? Personal e-mails from Jeremy Lancaster using different AKA's begin with several paragraphs threatening legal action if the contents of the messages are publicized. Now I ask you, would a legitimate company put this information on a company e-mail?
