Greetings: I am also a victim of a Rip-Off with the International Ticketing Office. I sent a $40.00 check in November for the December 29, 2006 drawing and was promised a refund if the group of players I was in didn't win a prize. In the letter Mr. Francois promised a minimum of 5 prizes or a money back guarantee. Well, I felt at the time pretty good about the odds. I upgraded my selection after Mr. Mel sent me a letter informing me about my odds at winning, so I sent an additional$39.99. Both of the checks have been processed, and I tried to call the company about a few concerns, and since it was an international call and I couldn't get through, I decided to look up the internet just to see if this company had any bad performance. Well to my surprise, the ITO is listed and not favorable. So if anyone is reading this message, I am also among probably thousands who have sent monies to this company. By the way, their correspondence if professional looking, so I realize they presented themselves very well. Thank you for reviewing this message. I hope this help others before they send their hard earned money to the ITO. Ms. Ali
