Internetsafetysoftware, IamBigBrother And Tybee- Software Doesn't Work And They Acknowledged It!!! does not work, poor support, broken, ripoff, bogus, crap California
I purchased their "iambigbrother" software suite on Oct. 27th, they sent me a download link immediately which I used to retrieve and install their product. After several minutes of testing, I realized it wasn't capturing ANY of the informatiopn that it promised to capture. No matter what I did, I couldn't make it work. So I emailed them, they quickly responded with a real beaute;

I told them this was unacceptable and that I needed something immediately, they sent me a download link to a previous version of bigbrother, guess what? it didnt work either! I then demanded my money back since they obviously didnt have a functioning product to sell, I never heard back from them.
This was 2 months ago and I still havent heard anything, when I inquire, they tell me I'm on the list to get the new version.....
STAY AWAY FROM THESE JACK-ASSES THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!!!!!
