IntroPC Dba Online PC ripoff, sent me an unusable PC, sent it back for repair, no PC, no phone calls returned Cleveland Ohio
I ordered a PC from OnlinePC on 2/3/2005 and paid $584.53 on my Visa Debit card.
I received the PC via UPS on 2/16/2005. I plugged it in and the video card did not work. I tried 2 other monitors and still no video. Plugged it into 1 more monitor and nothing. The lights didn't even come on.
Called OnlinePC on 2/17/2005 and spoke to Geri in customer service. She told me "Val" would call me back with an R.M.A. number. He didn't call. Later that evening I called her back and she assured me Val would return my call within 5 minutes. He did and I finally got the R.M.A. number.
Shipped the PC back to OnlinePC via UPS on 2/18/2005(I paid the shipping cost). They received the PC from UPS on 2/23/2005.
Called OnlinePC twice on 2/25/2005 to check on the status of the PC and when I might expect return shipment to me. Was told both times good ole Val would call me back. He didn't.
Called again on 2/28/2005 to try and speak to Val. I had to leave a message. I finally got Val on the phone @ 5:10P.M. on 2/28/2005. He said the computer would ship back to me by the end of the week which was 3/5/2005.
I didn't hear a thing from them on Friday via phone or e-mail. I sent them an e-mail requesring a confirmation e-mail with a tracking number, but have yet to hear anything.
AVOID this company if you value your money. They have stolen $584.53 from me.
