We are a small business selling truck accessories at both a brick-and-mortar store and online.  We have used Intuit Payment Solutions since opening ~1.5 years ago.  All at once, we have 4 Chargeback Debit Advices and have had $16000 pulled from our account in a 2 week period.  When you add in the cost of the parts that were sold and delivered to customers, the total of this loss for us nears 30k.  This has caused us to be basically operating hand to mouth, and we are now considering obtaining a loan to get us through until this can be resolved.  I plan to provide every detail of the resolution of these 4 cases (good or bad) on this site to help other businesses make an informed decision when selecting a vendor. 

Facts are this:  1.) Parts were sold and delivered to customer who provided correct name, address, card #, cvv code, and zipcode for the card.  2.) We required and obtained the driver's license information from the customer at the time of delivery.  3.)  There was NOTHING more we could have done as a merchant to prevent this charge.  4.)  We are looking at an additional $500 per case to arbitrate at a time when money is tight due to the chargebacks.

These cases have all had rebuttals sent and are awaiting the arbitration phase. 

Will update this as the saga continues.  Right now, I am giving them the benefit of the doubt and hoping to get my money back in full.
