Invisible Fence Brand West Paul Schlosser Financial Breech of Contract powell/dayton Ohio
I am posting this report because I worked for Paul Schlosser at Invisible Fence Brand West (Powell/Dayton) and was another casualty of their dishonest payroll tactics. Every month I would have to fight for the commissions owed becausee lack of organization from within the the payroll dept./office manager (Carrie). Referrals were supposed to be paid as a referral at a higher commission rating and was not credited with them. Also, they would find a way to discount my commissions with numerous dishonest tactics. I was finally fired from the job, because I told them I would take swift action thru the court system if I didn't get the pay that was clearly stated in my contract. Also, when I was fired I didn't receive all of the pay owed and when I got upset Paul had enough nerve to call the local police because I was extremely upset (but not threatening in any way). After reaching out to numerous past/current employees (sales reps, installers, dog trainers, and office admin) that Paul has burned bridges and ripped off just about every employee that worked for him. He also finds a way to avoid paying unemployment to many employees by dishonest tactics. Also, while trying to land other jobs Paul had enough nerve to disparage and tell potential employers that he had to get the police involved when he fired me. I am making this post because I noticed Paul put an ad on Indeed.com and thought it was my civic duty to post about my past experience and findings from past and current employees. Shame on you Paul! Karma is evil and hope that it catches up with you.
