iolo system mechanic (30 day money back guarantee) yeah right what a joke the first time i called and told them he said i better call who i bought it from then us/canada, Internet
on 9/11/12 i purchased theiolo system mechanic to help my computer. after downloading the software it did not get rid of the junk and certainly did not speed up anything.
so i have emailed them no response i also called them today 9/15/12 and a man answered. i told him my problem and he asked me where i purchased it from so i told him and his response was well it sounds like you better call them people then.
then i told him on the box it says 30 day money back gaurentee and he is no help what so ever. and the other addresses lead you nowhere. i paid 21.40 i just want a refund. p.s. they also said they were better than norton, whatever.
