Iowa Stakes Sold incredibly low quality meat claiming it was grass fed, organic, melt in your mouth. Worst beef I ever bought. Internet, Nationwide
They came to my door on Valentine's Day claiming they normally deliver out this way but they had extra meet and were offering a special deal. There were two of them who claimed their meat would melt in your mouth - just pop from freezer onto grill - no thawing necessary. I even called their home company (which doesn't seem to pull up on the internet at the moment) to ask about their claims of organic, grass fed, freshly packed and the operator didn't seem to no anything or be able to put me in touch with any one. Obviously this was stupid on my part to go through with it. They offered a bonus of a cheesecake and some incredibly looking seafood. I don't know meat cuts that well and so fell for it thinking it would make a nice Valentine's Day present for my husband who enjoys grilling. The hamurgers were all gristle - at least our dog got a meal out of it. Their "choice" cuts were all gristly. I'm throwing all out.
