IPA - Ineternational Profit Associates Ripoff! IPA Former Consultant speaks out. Buffalo Grove Illinois

Gosh... I will try again.

I was a brief employee of IPA in 2001. I was at first very happy that I was chosen to attend their week course in Chicago area. I was picked up in a stretch limo and taken to a hotel suite that became my home for a week.

For the next week I was put through the grill of analyzing and reading Financial Statements... and LEARNING how to SELL Consulting Services.

The Business Anlaysis position is hired as an Out Side Self-Employed employee and we were paid a daily rate. The company IPA provided the Air Fare and we were responsible for all other expenses ourself.

During my short time working for them, I soon realized the position was all about WHAT IS WRONG... NEVER WHAT IS RIGHT... in fact.. we as given techinques to SCARE the client... to make them think that if they do not Sign Up... their business will soon be down the tubes.

It did not take me long to realize this job was not for me. If the client does not Sign Up... we are told to continually call over and over our Director... and they would give us WORDS to use and things to say to make the client sign up.

The 2 day analysis of the financials was more about finding out if the client had enought money to pay the bill than it was to help the customer.

In addition, we used canned software that allowed any dummy to put the numbers in and just print the reports. It was NEVER about Consulting or Business Profits... it is all about SALES... CONSULTING SALES.

In addition, the same daily rate was NEVER enought to BREAK EVEN.. and we did not receive any money for work.. we were only paid a commission if the client SIGNED on the Contract.

My short 2 month stay was a good expereince for looking at many different types of businesses... but the MANIPULATION and LIES to the client takes a harder HEART than what I have. I could not sleep with myself.

I have since spoke to other who have worked for the Gray group... who by the way, the owner of IPA Started out working for. I could wirte a book about Business Consultants... and so many people here have posted the truth. Just take the time to read and you will know that you are wasting your money on these types of information.

The group I started out with over 80 consultants... now only 4 still work for them. The turn over in these jobs are very high... few have the PERSONALITY and the CONSCIOUSNESS to LIE and live with themself.
