I ordered Nortons 360 security suite -  Paid for it and received E-mail for download and install - Instruction were that this would be a 30 day trial and the activation key would be sent within 3 days




Installed the software and 3 days later the activation key was sent - I followed the instructions and the activation key would not update the software -  it was in trial period 








sent numerous E-mails to I price requesting help with no answers -





Tried following the returns process on their site , and there is not icon for requesting the refund for downloads ( the site states there is ) 





They also have a "Live chat " window that constantly states we are away for the moment leave a message





A rip off of $55 -  and a lot of time wasted -  avoid these guys

The same situation happened to me on 3 Feb 2010,  almost exactly except I ordered Norton Internet Security 2010.  I guess I'll stick with Amazon.com from here on out.  Sacrificing trust and service is not worth the ten bucks I tried to save.  Yes, a valuable lesson was learned by me today.
