Terrible experience even after few years using their service.
Booked "Air Freight Door to Door" service advertised next with DHL service. Supposed to be 7-10 days shipping period, but now after 5 weeks still not delivered. They tried to charge additional fees in additional to normal import customs and tax that we already paid. They even tried to hold my goods as ransom. Will not use this company again.
