Do not do business with irby real estate. We had property locked down in contract when all of the sudden our realtor Josh Smith decided to lose contact with us, break contract, and from what I'm told sold the property from under us. He then Sent a termination of contract email after five pm Friday. Monday when I tried to get my $2500 back I was told Josh refuses to give it back because I ran out of time.
I called raising. Fuss and was given the run around for three days and was told today I could not get my money back under no circumstances because they have to close on a property I 14 days but my mortgage could take up to 60 days.
