This comment was just brought to my attention by a colleague and has no merit. I have never represented that a property is under agreement unless it is and my co-broking ratios prove that I DO NOT MAKE MISREPRESENTATIONS TO SELL MY OWN LISTINGS. If you have a complaint or concern regarding something specific come forward and address it with me instead of hiding behind some sort of anonymity through the internet and defaming my character. I would be more than happy to address a concern since I take my integrity and the code of ethics VERY SERIOUSLY! I am happy to provide customer and client referrals rebutting this innocuous statement to any of the appropriate parties should they wish me to do so.
