Just had my i7 stolen from irobot customer support. I sent it in to be replaced after it has had so many problems this is the second time I've had to send it in and they said for over a month they are sending it and now they told me they are not sending me it because I didn't send back one of the vacuums from way back in January. I through it out because I was never told i needed to send it in and it had been so long and was broken. They had never contacted me about it. I just sent them the one I had in May to be replaced and now I have no Roomba after over a month of waiting they didn't even bother to tell me, I kept calling and they kept telling me it's on its way I even have an email saying it's on its way. Now I have no Roomba and they are not doing anything about it. I bought the i7 with the bin too and had nothing but problems with it. Never got good use. Don't waste your money. This company has terrible customer service! They'll rob you! They are theives! I've never seen worse customer service!
