Hi my name is Ashley, I am a college student from florida relocating to New york for school. I want to share my NIGHTMARE with everyone looking for an apartment in New York. We were approved for an apartment, then was told we cannot sign a lease literally the day before we were supposed to move in. I was left homeless, and out $1200 in application fees ... Isaac Green 917 474 2974 showed me an apartment at 1010 dorchester rd brooklyn ny in early march. I fell in love with the apartment.
He demand that I leave a deposit of $1200 inside the apartment. I asked if we can do the transaction at hes office. He said "No" he needs money asap before someone comes and takes the apartment. he walked me to an atm to get $1200 and I emailed my personal information to him as he requested after I gave him the cash .. he had me send my personal infomartion and Mother's to [email protected] after 3days I called him to check status on my application, he told me that landlord rented it. I asked for my money back and he refused to give it back, saying it was an application fee!!! This was an awful experience! He did not take me to hes office! pressured me to give him money! and I ended up with nothing! I called management office and they said they do not know a Isaac Green!
Isaac Green is a shady unlicesned Broker! stay away from him!

Anyone reading this report - it is a complete lie!
Isaac has found an apartment for myself, my two friends, and he has come highly recomended to me.
He does not even work for Zuzz realty which just proves that whoever wrote this report is just upset about something that is not his fault.
As a broker and not the owner - he cannot make the final decision, but he has never let me down. He even gave my friend back his deposit after he had a tradgedy and couldnt move in to the apartment.
He is one of the most honest guys out there. whoever believes this - is missing out.
