ISC Invention Submisson Corp stole my idea, not on market, very good idea, no patent pending, Internet
Icame up with an idea, took it to ISC in San Antoino Texas back in February 2002 the person I spoke to advised me that I had a very good idea. As far as he knew there was nothing like it out there, my sister was with me he asked me if I could pay for a patent search becasue the piliminary one he did came back negative. If I can remember correctly since it has been so long ago and several bad thing has haven since then. It would be about 5 to 6 thousand dollars to complete a search for a patent, I advised him I did not have that kind of money so he advised me to make monthly payments which I did.
In about 2 months after I turn my idea over to him I was told by a friend of mines Clorox had a simlar idea, this is just to close for comfort. Contacted the person was told since I didn't do a patent search was nothing I could do. So I stopped paying but they had completed a book for me of all the companies that would purchase or could use my idea, I have moved since then and am trying to locate the book they prepared for me. I would like to know if I didn't get a patent could they still sell my idea to someone else, thank you for your assistance.
