Complaint Review: Isell Ltd - Ashton Under Lyne Internet

I've received this email on Dec 01st from Randy Barnett Isell Store. The email is following :

You should have not gone that far. is up to how many days now and do we tell you that you would not receive the goods and why do we told you in our previous email that if for any reason you did not get satisfy with our product and services, feel free to contact our board of director and ask for the full refund  of your total money. And what tells you that you won't receive the phones.

you have  to the internet and blackmail  Isell Ltd, for what and what reason. Please you would have to face this and talk to our board of director for such act.
You would need to wipe off that rubbish you publish on the net and have you ever seen such reputation about us. You do not get relax and wait to receive your goods and you think you can just go online and write what you like about anything to published?

You think your money can help you with such act and what do you even think about that lead you to publish such a thing, anyway i wont have to say much,you would be contacted by our high board of directors and management... We are not crook neither are we a ripping off company. If you seems not to trust our services then ask for a refund and we can meet to refund you without further delay.

So far after they took my money from Western Union they never mention or informed me that I have to talk with their board of director. And until NOW I did not get my money back from that company. He talked like a professional but what he said is only bullshit things. So, what you guys will do with this online company. I'm affraid that a lot of people get ripped off like me. Please do action before that happen.
