Ronda, You don't say what date you bought the product. It sounds like they successfully ran the fraud clock out on you. You usually have 90 days to file a fraud complaint with your credit card company. Why don't you go ahead and try that just in case you get lucky. In the meantime I suggest you go to the postal inspectors web page and file a complaint http://www.usps.com/postalinspectors/. They may get your money back for you. Your complaint is Theft by Deception--they have your money and you have no product. Good Luck
