ISRAEL DOV - NOT AN ATTORNEY STOLE MONEY, LIED TO ME AND WORKS IN CEDARHURST NEW YORK
Israel Dov presents a business card that would leave the uninformed or lay person to believe that he is an attorney because the card he presents suggests that he works for a law firm. The law firm does not exist and, ISRAEL DOV IS NOT AN ATTORNEY -he is an unlicensed, paralegal.
Dov took money to sue a company; the memo clearly indicates that he was hired to sue "company 'x'." After a year and a half, Dov never produced one document, not one shred of evidence that he actually did anything for the money he was advanced. When pressed, he suggests that he was hired to do an investigation - not commence an action in court but even then, not one document, not a report, not one shred of evidence that he did any work for the money he received.
He has even attempted to use this report as a reason not to repay money he specifically told my agent he would repay me.
We sued him for the money he owes; we have been in court no less than 15 times, covering 3 index numbers, to recover money due. First he wanted me to sign the complaint, not my agent, then he wanted me to appear in court - I am a man in my advanced years, suffer from parkinsons, and live 2 hours by car from the courthouse in hempstead, new york. I sent my vice president to court - who was involved in every facet of my negotiations with Dov, and personally wrote the check to Dov. Dov told the court that he had never met her.
On each and every instance, Dov has lied to me, my associate, the sitting judge, the court clerk, my employee and everyone remotely associated with this case. He has made the money he owes me worthless, he has abused my time, the courts time, my associates time, my employees time and even his attorneys time - he has now had 3 different attorneys represent him in these proceedings.
His attorney specifically told me - in fact, wrote me an e mail that if i was to remove the posting we made, we would get paid. Going further, his attorney suggested that there is a way to remove postings from this site; i found out there is not. The attorney told me to say the posting was a mistake, that Dov lives in New Jersey and we identified the wrong person. In fact, Dov maintains offices at 445 Central Avenue, Cedarhurst and lives in Far Rockaway. The attorney wrote a settlement agreement, we were all ready to go and Dov, pulled the trigger.
