This store may be selling not authentic products. I bought a pair of chie Mihara shoes. I own 8 pairs and the insole and sizing are very uniform. These shoes were over a size too small and had a different insole. I reported this to the store and they told me I could return them however shipping cost were $160 (I got quotes from 2 carriers) I assumed the return shipping would be roughly what I paid for the initial sale, roughly $25. Italist would not work with me at all. Again, if they are selling authentic shoes which I doubt, they have TERRIBLE customer service.  I sent them pictures of the shoes next to other chie Mihara shoes of supposedly the same size to show the discrepancy and they still would not budge.

I hv just bought a ferragamo bag from them n dun tk it's authentic too

 I just compare the bag they sent me n the leather quite different, i understand there is a big risk when they sell it in a lower price but it doesnt mean that I would like to receive a fake copy product. Going to send it back tmr, n a bit worried abt the refund. I do not recommend ppl do shopping on this site. So hv u received the refund yet?
