Im not sure the experiance you had in this store,but Lakisha Biddle as well as Marzella are very helpful when it comes to making sure the customers are happy. I have nothing but good things to say about Lakisha, she always is patient and she is very helpful even with questions I think are stupid...my whole family loves her and I recommend that you go see her,,,Maybe you were having a bad day and your taking it out on her,but in my opinion she is the best,,,THUMBS UP to her!

Well I should have expected some sort of a responds for such a shady company. Reading all the ripoff report on this poor excuse for a company. No wonder the woman didn't know anything about what she was selling to me. It was my 1.50 not the fake Verizon's. You charge an extra 1.50 to every customer adds up. But you are correct I want my 1.50 back. And you will never have to worry about me shopping at any of your locations anymore. From what I read from other ripoff reports about this company, you need the 1.50 more than I do. So keep it. And talking with Verizon customer service, they have many complaints about you and you won't sell their products for long. So good luck with your life and use the extra 1.50 to train your employees, because the young lady who assist me is very dumb. I guess those are the employees who you can get to work for you.

So they ripped you off for a whole dollar and fifty cents. Those Bad Young Ladies! You sure went through alot, I tell ya. I feel so sorry for you. Here, I'll give you a buck & a half just so you'll stop wasting peoples time with all the nonsense you spill.
