Some stupid neighbor referred me to this hell hole of a VOIP company. Their website is italkbb.com and I signed up for this service. On the website, it says 30 day money back guarantee. After day 1, I was already disappointed with this company. The people who work there are FOB's. Their english is so poor, they must have dropped out of Elementary school.

I ask them a really simple question. Any human with half a brain could answer this simple question. I ask them how I can set the voicemail. When I initialized the voicemail, it won't answer until the 20th ring, virtually. I phoned there tech support to ask them how I change the number of rings to answer to 5 rings. The stupid b*tch must have asked me 10 times because she is so stupid and doesn't even know what a "ring" is.

Another thing that is annoying. I want to stay on hold but they're stupid system ask me if I want to leave a message or stay on hold. It should ask me this twice max. Not 15 friggin times. If I want to hold, I'll hold. I don't want to keep pushing option 2 to hold. and when I do leave a message, I hear no beep so how the heck am I supposed to know when to leave a message?

The quality of calls is poor too. Often the call gets disconnected or static. I complain to them. I want to cancel theire service. As mentioned earlier, there is a 30 day money back guarantee. On day 28, I decided to cancel yet they charged my credit card. They won't give me any credits. They don't send out bills. They just do pre-auth on the cc. After I shipped their lousy Linksys VOIP back to them at my expense, they stopped charging me. The only reason I signed up is my mom wants to talk to her older sister in the states.

My internet provider was with Shaw, however, they don't support this "BB" box Shaw Cable. The quality of Shaw is so so too so I switched over to Telus Communications. My Mom who must like kissing ItalkBB's a*s decided to re-apply for ItalkBB. I ordered two ItalkBB boxes, because I wanted the second line for my business. I ordered the $8.99 plan for both boxes. It didn't work out so I'm stuck with these two BB boxes. The first time I signed up, they say if I cancel after 30 days, I get charged a penalty for cancelling. I canceled on day 28 and i STILL got charged.

Now, for some messed up reason, ItalkBB is making 3 charges to my cc. I cancelled the first time. But I ordered two lines and now it seems as if they're charging me for 3 BB boxes (lines). They charge me $25 for the original setup. And now, they charge me two $8.99. I phoned them and it caused my mom so much stress that she slit her wrist. My poor Dad suffered from a stroke on 2005. And my Mom gets enough stress in her life as is.

In fact, I had thoughts of getting run over a train. ItalkBB is so bad, my whole family is messed up. My wife left me, I got into a car accident, and I'm feeling suicidal right now as I write this. Please help spread the word about this horrible VOIP company so you won't suffer like my family did.
