Fraud alert... Scam alert.... Items took nearly 4 weeks to ship. Items arrived damaged and appeared used. Customer service was not helpful "natalie" seems to be the only person who works at company and takes 2 to 3 days to respond to emails. They drag out any returns as long as possible to hope you just give up because the process so difficult. Then they want you to pay for your own return shipping. Horrible company with horrible customer service. Do a bit of research looking for "itechdeals reviews" and you will see the hundreds of horror stories and bad reviews. Don't walk..... Run away from this company!
