ititch.com Suspended my account after I paid for a year of service with no explanation

I paid for this service using bitcoin almost a year ago. I have hosted 5 websites through this company. On November 10, 2020 my hosting account was suspended by the company for no reason given. I received an email reminding me that my payment would be coming due in January. Its is not January. I prepaid for the upcoming bill hoping that it would unsuspend my account. It did not.
The company is asking for $50 for a support ticket with no contact information nowhere to be found. I requested to speak with company via email through the privacyprotect.org they use to shied their whois information. I want my d**n services I paid for.
