ITL USA, INC. / Sunil Chopra Sunil Chopra - Principal ITL refuses to refund amounts that were overcharged. All of ITLs promises are false Irvine California
ITL overbilled me for port charges for a shipment in June. After I contacted them they said they would refund the difference immediately After repeated calls and emails to ITL for months. They finally acknowledged mailing the check in September I waited a few weeks and then emailed to inquire about the status of the check. They said it was mailed and to wait. My subsequent emails were ignored. I finally contacted the federal maritime commission and was advised to file a claim on ITLs bond if the didn't comply I sent one last transmission to Sunil Chopra who stated the check was mailed to the wrong address and be patient After requestin the funds be satisfied immediately by fed wire Sunil Chopra told me to take it up with his bond company and that I wouldn't be receiving the payment I waited months for Watch out for ITL USA this company is not ethical and Sunil Choprahimself has no regard for customers or making good on promises
