*They do not have men to fullfill requests, but rather go out and search for them. Sales tells you money will be refunded if they do not meet dates and that is a lie. I did not have 1 date and they refused to refund my 3K. In addition they did not even try to match me based on what I asked for. I said white, non-smoker, etc. and they would find me the total opposite and tell me to be glad. Jacksonville is the worst. American Express could not get my money refunded. I would never recommend them to anyone. They are so horrible they had me in tears. *
