I am in Idaho and just filed a claim on this site. I totally agree with you I'd like to file a claim with the attorney general in Boston Mass also if you have that information to share? I am owed $600.00 to $800.00 for unused call credits and never made enough to cover my expenses! These people should not be getting rich off us little guys, I'd love to be a part of a class action law suite also if someone could get one started. Like many others I did not have the money to loose. I will share this site with others who were involved with ITV and/or EVS, power in numbers! Hopefully others will follow suite so we can get back what is owed us little guys. Pam Weippe, ID

here is what's wrong with the business model and why Itv ventures sucks -Call credits (for television advertising) are > > killing reps at $15-25 a call, when they were > > supposed to be $2-$6 a credit (so if you take 4 > > phone calls on a product, and only 1 or 2 buy, you > > just lost more money than you made) Yikes! Yeah the > > CEO Donald Barrett got greedy as F@ck > > > > -Infomercials are softcore calls instead... meaning > > instead of saying buy now, they say call for more > > information and people aren't buying, they just want > > more info > > > > -retention rate on auto ship is 80% drop-off (what > > can I say the whole economy is hurting, and $50-60 > > worth of juice, vitamins, ect. a month is steep) > > > > -business model is hard as hell to grasp for new > > people and takes a good 3-4 weeks to get acquainted with and the way things are, FDA and FTC could shut them down at any moment
