Our company bought this property 2.5 months ago and the house in question has been vacant since the day we purchased the property. The house has not been rented at any point during our ownership. We have been repairing all defects and wanted to clean it up in preparation for rental. As we have not rented the house yet, we have never had a tenant named Lidia in the house. So how could someone that never lived in the house be making a complaint against us? Someone is using a fake alias and we know who it is.
That person is Jenny Hobson with Choice Sleaning Services. We hired Choice Cleaning Services to clean the home. Unfortunately, they did a subpar job and have used every excuse in the book and are now slandering our company on Ripoff Report. Our track record of improving our rental properties speaks for itself and we will do the same thing with this property. Not only did they use a fake alias in filing their report, they have made untrue allegations and accusations and only three parties had access to the photo they attached to their report. Those parties are myself, my manager and the Better Business Bureau. So how did "Lidia", actually Ms. Hobson, obtain such photo? The Better Business Bureau had access to the photo because I attached such photo to the complaint I filed with the Better Business Bureau. Such report was then forwarded to Ms. Hobson since I reported her poor job and thus Choice Cleaning Services obtained such photo. The maggots in the refrigerator were there because Choice Cleaning Services did not adequately clean the refrigerator. I am glad they used a picture demonsrating their subpar work.
Furthermore, I am glad that Ms. Hobson has alerted me to Ripoff Report. I never knew about this website, but if you search "Choice Cleaning Services" on such website, you will find that she has another complaint against her company. You will not find any other complaints against my company so you can be the judge on who to believe here.
