Iwishdirect.ocm Fraudulent Company - Buyer Beware Internet
I began a purchase of their product on line on 11/28/17 but cancelled before the order was placed. They still sent the product. I have been trying to contact them to return this item, however their phone number 855-790-8615 says they have high call volume and to leave your name and number and they call you back. They never get back to you. Their website does not provide any contact information but a generic form to send to them. No company address, no phone number, no e-mail...
When looking at the packaging, they show that the item was delivered and signed for on 11/13/17, which is before the date of the order.
This was advertised as a sports camera simliar to GO Pro on Facebook. The item that came is about 1/2 inch, does not work, and the instructions and size of the equipment make it impossible to operate unless you use tweezers and a magnifying glass.
Complete ripoff. Thank God for Discover card.
