Dear Charles,
We are extremely sorry to hear about this. We would like to set the record straight that nobody from iYogi has called you and asked for any sort of money. They seem to be some sort of scammers trying to misrepresent iYogi in order to defame our name. We DO NOT call our customers unless they ask us to and we DO NOT have any tie ups with Western Union. We do not have any employee in our ranks by the names you have mentioned. This is a clear case of fraudulence where these people are trying to use a reputable company's name in order to lure the customers to give them their private information.
We would sincerely request you to send us all the details you have about these people, like the phone no, location, email etc. We can try investigating from our end as it's a serious threat to our business if anything of this sort is happening. You can also send us your iYogi subscription details , if any. Our official email address is [email protected].
We will be looking forward to your email.
Thank you
Regards
