J and J contracting did a insurance job for my elderly mother. Ceiling titles needed to be replaced due to a busted frozen pipes.After job was completed, a few months later the tiles were sagging. A few more months later you could see the insulation. I brought this to the contractors attention.. He is my mother's neighbor, she's deceased now. He stated, I feel bad but there's nothing I can do. I was like... What? I was going to call the local TV channel but it was against my mother's wishes. She didn't want problems. Now here comes the outcome.. Russell Leitz looked at it again. Did NOT offer to fix it. Mom turned it in to insurance again! AAA of Michigan sent inspector over and a well known Contractor over. J andbJ contracting didn't glue or staple ceiling tiles. AAA refused to let my mother hire him again. Mind you, this man has done several jobs over the years for her. Also, she paid him and his son to redo the front deck. Job was never completed. Do not hire this man! Do not let him near your elderly parents. He will lie and scam. Never did I think he would hang my mom out to dry like this but he did. I have recently heard people in our community call him.. Cash and Dash. They are right. Learned the hard way.
