Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
On April 26th, we met with agent Lina Pinilla from JC Travel to verify air line tickets to Orlando. She had quoted us a roundtrip flight to Orlando for 6/26 for 5 individuals at $130.00 per person. She did not accept check or credit card only cash. On said date we gave her $650. for our tickets. In turn she promised to give us our tickets within 2 weeks. On that same date she quoted us a vacation package to Aruba for $480 per person, (7)obviously this was a great rate and we took a week to think about it and we returned to her office on May 3rd.

She again re-assured us that our Orlando tickets will be done and also promised us a limo for our transportation to and from the airport. We trusted her since family previously used her agencies for various trips. On that date she generated a preliminary reservation for Aruba with airline flight numbers, times and seats. During the following week we went to her office, because her service was terrible to pick up our actual reservation. She gave us our confirmation numbers and said to give her a little time for our hotel.

On May 10th, we went in to add on 2 more additional passengers to our vacation where she supplied us with reciepts for our reservations ($630). She also counted the money and handed it to a lady who came in and told her to "please pay that" so we assumed it was for our packages and she was buying wholesale. From May 10th to May 25th was just constant calls to her and her excuses regarding our confimations. I in turn looked up or flights and they were canceled for non-payment. At this point we also had a trip to Domincan Republic that she was not able to deliver and did not refund the money for one of the individuals of $300. We also had another flight where she did not book the flight but took the money of $400.00.

The next time we go to her agency she is no longer there and an accountant from another agency let's us know that Lina has lost her lease and will be relocating with no forwarding address. She tells us that Lina was leasing a desk from the primary travel agency that held her lease. She puts us through Lina's personal cell phone and she promised us that everything was okay and she will keep in touh. We never heard from her again. We have been to travle agnceis that have worked with her and no one is willing to cooperate.

We do have the original reservation for Aruba that has the name of another agency that was used to purchase the tickets, but they will not help us or say anything there were alsothe same people that were involved who are ignoring our pleas also. We are out $11,000 and there are still more victims.
