J. K. Harris Took us for over $3000 and never did a thing. Never contacted IRS. We now have an attorner to represent us with IRS and go after JK Harris. Its time to stop this scam. N. Charleston South Carolina
We met with the representative in an office in Downtown Tucson Arizona. We were asked to provide information and then told what they could do for us. When I questioned how we could qualify for the program they were putting us in she then made a call to the man who "knows" and verified we qualified and that was what we needed to do.
It took them 7 months to do our two years of taxes. For the next seven months they requested the same information over and over until they finally told us that we couldn't do what they told us we qualified to do and would now need to pay more to do something else.
We have now paid them to do our taxes and place us in a program that we did not qualify for. They have never contacted IRS although we requested that they do so no less than 5 times. We were instructed not to respond to any correspondence we received from IRS but to fax to them so they could respond, which of course they did not
We have hired an attorney to represent us with IRS. We are also having to pay to have our taxes redone. We intend to go after JK Harris for all the monies paid, and file a complaint the State Attorney and County Attorney.
