Liar Liar JNJ Express Memphis Tennessee unfair testing
A friend of my husbands and future driver for my company was told by his company J N J Express of Memphis TN that he failed a drug test, they sent him to the SAP thing and he passed her tests when he brought her evaluation back to them they said it was not relivant and retested him and he mysteriously failed.
The only test results that can be found are the DOT certified test from the sap evaluation. After numerous requests to J N J they still have not given him or any of his new employers (opportunities ) any proof of a failed test yet.
They have reported this to DAC and he can't get a driving job to save his life. I am trying all legal routes to help him out. Any Suggestions would be great!!!!
