I paid J. Scott Souders P.C. a $10,000 retainer to handle a real estate matter that I needed legal representation with. Every time I called the office to find out that status of my case I always go the run around. The attorney never talks to you.
All contact is uninformed, clerical staff only, may I take a message and have him [never] call you back. This law office acts as if they have all this leverage in your legal situation but all they do is have a secretary fax in your documents for you. In fact, I was more able to get straight answers from Wells Fargo than I ever was for J. Scott Souders.
Apparently, J. Scott Souders graciously accepted this retainer fee of $10,000 and did absolutely nothing after that. Well, what would you expect from a Western State University college of debt graduate anyway? J SCOTT SOUDERS P.C. IS A SCAM!
