JaanuSkinCare-JuloEyeCreme Scam,fraudulent charges, and unable to stop recurring charges Internet
Signed up for free trial and gave them cc info to pay for shipping. Then they lied and double charged for shipping and then another charge for the product 2x $89... The product arrives with only 2 phone numbers. No invoice of any kind. I call to cancel. I didn't agree to this. After calling 1 number for 3 days ( they would answer and immediately disconnect the call) I was able to talk to someone and say I was going to return this and they said they don't accept returns and hung up. I tried the second number now. They answered and said they have no record of my order so they can't cancel anything and to call my cc company. Well they have no problem billing my card but can't find me? Suspicious I call my cc company and all they do is dispute the charges. I think it's taken care of and another month later I get charged again. Each month they get $200 from me on this scam. Now it's been 3 months if charges. I call my cc company again and now they can do a stop payment. This will stop the recurring charges for a year. However they info me that once the year is up, if the company still tries my card that it will go through again. Now after $600 in charges I feel like I have to change my cc number to be safe from this vile company .. they shouldn't be allowed to get away with this. It's very upsetting
