Jack Kelly is now banned from flying into France after recieving his second DUI in France in 5 years. He goes by the alias Jack Kely his real name is Jack kourslias. French authorites arrested him outside of Cannes. A check of his record showed previous DUI in California as well. An investigastion as to why this individual with no job in film industry has been attending the Cannes festival for many years led to the facts that Jack Kelly has been recieving money to broker uninvited individuals onto the red carpet at Cannes and into the private parties. This has led to a French fine and banning from returning onto French Soil for 5 year peroid
